TriYoga with Kaliji in Zurich, Switzerland

Yogini Kaliji's three-city European tour completed April 20-22 in Zurich, Switzerland.

Kaliji taught a full weekend of Yogaflow and jnana enjoyed by teachers, students, and newcomers to TY practice.

There are 94 TY teachers in Switzerland; after the Saturday morning class, the 13 teachers in attendance—matching 13 years of TY in Switzerland—met as a group for the first time, sharing their TY stories and creating an online group that grew to 30+ members by the end of the weekend.

TriYoga Testimonials from Switzerland Teachers

Renata Dal Pont

Renata is one of the first TriYoga Teachers in Switzerland! In 2003 she participated in a TY workshop with Eva-Maria, and it was Love from the first moment. After that experience, Renata traveled to the USA to study TY Basics with Kaliji. In 2004 she started teaching weekly TY classes in Zurich and offering Basics teacher training, and she continued her TY study through Level 3 with Roselyne. It was like a roadmap for her inner growth, and fills her heart with joy. She loves to share and practice TY. "It is the most beautiful practice to be in the flow! And this I only experience in TriYoga, I could not do anything else. I feel so well with it."

Nicole Gerster

Nicole is a mother with two sons, and started teaching TY in 2006 with two students (her mother and a friend). Today she teaches over 60 students each week. In 2014 she opened her own TriYoga school called Yoga Oase in Breitenbach, Switzerland, and she also teaches seven TY classes each week at the Pain Clinic Department in the main hospital of Kanton Baselland. She started practicing TY in 2006 because of "terrible" back pain, and says that by following the systematized TY series exactly, TY healed her back and ended her pain. She fully trusts and believes in TY, and through her years of teaching TY none of her students have experienced problems or health issues due to practicing yoga.

Melita Schnell

Melita is a physiotherapist with her own practice. After experiencing the difference between yoga styles through her clients with health injuries, she was curious about TriYoga and started seven years ago with TY teacher Nicole Gerster. In her physiotherapy practice, TY was the best yoga style she had ever seen. Now she teaches TY to groups of clients with neuromuscular diseases. With all the knowledge from TY and lots of props, she supports her clients on their way to healing. For herself, TY helped her to feel free and calm inside, and to live life more happily and patiently.

Brigitta Baumann

From the moment over 15 years ago when Brigitta saw a picture of Kaliji in the magazine "Yoga Schweiz" and read a description of TriYoga, she knew she wanted to meet Kaliji and that this was the yoga she wanted to practice. Since then, she has been excited about TriYoga and feels touched by the deep and holistic Flow. It is the most beautiful, powerful, and spiritual yoga she has ever learned. Whenever she has the chance to join, she never misses a Live Online session with Kaliji.

Ishtar Esther Dobler

Ishtar got in touch with TriYoga in 2011 and immediately fell in love with the flow. As a dancer she feels this yoga as an inner dance. She teaches TriYoga full-time for adults, kids, and pre- and post-natal women, and shares the teaching in trainings together with
