Kaliji, accompanied by Toshi and the TY Team, visited Liberty Square in Taipei. Fabulous views were enjoyed from the top of the Chiang Kai-Shek memorial.

Underneath the Chiang Kai-Shek memorial is a multi-level mall featuring a museum, exhibitions, and shops. Not knowing this, Kaliji said She wanted to go inside and walked directly to Jiang Si Books & Tea. This shop was discovered to be part of a 100% vegan organization with stores throughout Taiwan!

Eighty years of vegan! Kaliji has been vegan for 50 years and the shop clerk for 30. They are both the same age!

On Friday afternoon, Kaliji taught a four-hour "Hips: Gateway to the Spine" session.

On Friday evening KALIJI taught a Saṅgīta and Naṭa program featuring chanting, carnatic vocal scales, and garba dance.

Kaliji closed the event on Saturday morning with a two-hour “Tejas: Strengthen and Shine” session.

Kaliji was presented with the group photo during the closing ceremony.

On Saturday evening, Kaliji and the TY team joined members of the OKIDO leadership and the visiting group from Japan for a meal at Yuan Vegetarian Restaurant in the Banqiao District of New Taipei City.
