Stef and John completed their latest round-the-world trip with twelve days in Cairns, Australia. Organized by teacher Dagmar Hirsch, the trip featured Basics and Level 3 teacher training, weekend workshops with specialty classes in physical and subtle anatomy, and 2-hour evening classes. Located in the tropical state of Queensland, Cairns is a gorgeous place to teach! This is John and Stef's second visit to Cairns with Dagmar, and they can't wait for the next visit.

John and Stef kicked off the Basics teacher training with a week of Basics technique, teaching methodology and practicum. Dagmar will continue with the group over the coming months. This is the first TriYoga teacher training in Cairns — congratulations to Dagmar for organizing such a wonderful team of new interns!

King Runner brings out the smiles! A great group of strong TY students immersed into the Level 3 flow.

Many classes were held at the amazing Kewarra Beach Resort, offering a wonderful opportunity for open air classes right on the beach or surrounded by lush jungle. Not bad for the middle of "winter"!

Dagmar has gathered a wonderful TriYoga community in Cairns, and her students enjoy flows from all levels of TriYoga. Her class in Brinsmead has recently started transitioning from Level 2 to Level 3.

Local wildlife came to enjoy the flow as well-- this kookaburra, a bird species only found in Australia, joined many of the outdoor classes, adding his song to nature nadam. Classes were also visited by small kangaroos, giant lizards, and a wide variety of birds. The sounds of nature were ever present.

Rock wallabies came to meet a new friend!

Stef, Dagmar and John, already planning the next visit!
