Congratulations to the new Level 1 teachers in Barnaul, Siberia!
4 teachers were newly certified, and 3 previously certified teachers deepened their knowledge, adding two new series to their repertoire.
John and Stef continued their spring tour with a stop in Barnaul ~ their fourth visit in five Aprils. They have come to know this city well, and enjoy afternoons watching the river ice break.
There was also time for a Level Two workshop

and a prenatal class, which included Tanya, a longtime student and friend who is about to give birth to her second child. In her ninth month of pregnancy, she just stopped teaching her regular classes ~ and credits TriYoga practice and teaching for her comfort and energy!
There was also a class with the devoted group at Ananda's studio, who have been practicing TriYoga since Kaliji's first visit to Ukraine and Russia twenty years ago - and plans are already being made for the future!
