Brovary & Odessa, Ukraine
November 13–20, 2018

Santoshi visited the TriYoga Centers in Ukraine this November, for a week full of programs including Level 3 Teacher Training, Level 2 Workshops, Prana Vidya classes and all-levels flows.

The training included the debut of the full Level 3 manual in Russian!
TY Moscow coordinator Uliana came for the training. Sicily-based TY teacher Kim (left), brought her friend from Bosnia, Emina (center). This was Emina's first experience of TriYoga, and she attended every program, and made great friends with clothing-designer Alona (right).
Local teachers enthusiastically welcomed the visiting students and teachers, showing the sites of Kiev and "home" dinners.
TriYoga in Ukraine is a family activity: mothers and daughters Alla and Irina in Kiev, Vika and Lena in Kirvograd, and Natasha and Polina in Brovary.
Santoshi went to Odessa for a "TriYoga Day" at the YogaDom there. TYC director Olga hosted a vegan dinner.
Santoshi's visit also coincided with TY Brovary getting the keys for a second location.
The group got together for a dinner at the TYC. Co-director and vegan chef Natasha made food for everyone: showing how easy it is to make traditional dishes vegan.

TYC directors Nadia & Natasha, and Nastasha's husband Valery. Valery attended many of the programs and drove visiting students (and teachers!) around Brovary in the "TriYoga Bus" (his work van).
