October 26 - 28 marked the fourth annual TriYoga Retreat at the Westerbeke Ranch in Sonoma County, California, hosted by Senior Teacher Kashi Armstrong. The weekend included multi-level asana classes, daily Prana Vidya, meditation, chanting and mantras. Students of all levels came to enjoy the redwood forest, the beautiful gardens, and the joy of sharing a deepening practice with a like-minded community. Some participants have come every year to this retreat ~ for others, it was their first time to experience the energizing relaxation of TriYoga. Two students found the retreat on the internet and immediately enrolled, looking only for a weekend away. After the workshop, one said to Kashi: "I thought I was coming to a retreat to rest and renew, but I am coming away truly inspired!"
