After Israel, Santoshi traveled back to Denmark for a weekend in Nykøbing, with TriYoga teacher Malene.
She has a beautiful TriYoga Studio in her home, and arranged a perfectly-paced weekend with classes in Basics through Level 3, along with Prana Vidya, two TriYoga Therapeutics classes, and a Prenatal Class.
The weekend also included delicious vegan meals-- Malene and Santoshi made corn chowder from Kelli's Vegan Kitchen, as well as delicious coconut balls and blueberry muffins to celebrate the coming spring!
The weekend finished with a visit to nearby Malmö, Sweden, to visit TriYoga Teacher Ida, her husband Daniel, and their newborn baby girl. Welcome!
