From Berlin, Santoshi traveled to Denmark to visit the TriYoga groups there.
First stop was in Copenhagen, where she toured the botanical gardens and visited
Botaniq, a delicious vegan restaurant that has been a favorite of visiting TriYogis for years, in its many iterations (previously it was a fully raw cafe, Firefly).
Then, Santoshi travelled to Vejle, where she was greeted by Level 2 teacher Anette, who also runs the yoga retreat,
Solglimt, on the island Samsø.
In Vejle, Santoshi taught two TriYoga Therapeutics classes and two Level 1 classes, each of which concluded with questions and answers, tea and fruit.
Santoshi was joined by TYC Aarhus director Birgitte (left), TriYoga teachers and interns from around Denmark, and local students and teachers.
On Saturday evening, Santoshi traveled from Vejle to Vig-- and was greeted by the first snowstorm of the season!
In Vig, TY teacher Simon from TYC Copenhagen hosted two workshops at the Danish Folk Music School where he teaches. TYC Gørlev director Jytte was also able to join for the morning session-- the following weekend Jytte began a Level 1 teacher training.
