TY Teacher Angelika from Graz participated in Austrian IT company "Netconomy" three-day retreat. The Saturday program included social projects (the computer specialists built an outdoor playstation and a restoration project near to the hotel) and a TriYoga class.
The CEO of the company said that within 15 minutes of opening registration, the TriYoga class was full—17 men and 5 women joined—many of whom had never done yoga before.
Angelika was joined by TY teacher Wolfgang who assisted and demonstrated for the 4-hour class, which included TriYoga flow and pranayama.
