
TriYoga Center Santa Cruz hosted a 5-day Vegan Wellness Retreat with Level 3 TY teacher and Cornell University certified vegan chef, Kelli Roberts.
An intimate group of vegans and those in transition joined together for daily asana and pranayama practice at TYC-SC, discussion and video about a variety of interesting topics,
and daily meal preparation together.

Participants learned important information about nutrition and the Ahimsa Trinity of a plant-based diet (Human Health, Animal Welfare and Ecology), and also learned just how delicious and varied a vegan diet can be!
Kelli also gives regular online cooking demos, and maintains a blog, Kelli’s Vegan Kitchen, with recipes and tips.
