Vegan chef Kelli Roberts recently traveled to the TriYoga Center in Bad Tölz, Germany where host and TYC director Kathrin Purmann organized her first vegan weekend!
7 students attended, including Kathrin’s mom Ingrid (front left, reading the recipe), who generously hosted the cooking classes in her home.
There were 20 hours of class over the weekend and 27 (delicious) recipes were prepared and eaten!
Jessi the dog enjoyed the program as well.
Kathrin & Kelli also found time for beautiful walks in nature.
