Santoshi completed her spring Europe trip with her annual visit to TYC Königstein.
Participants ranged from Level 3 teachers to students who were very new to TriYoga. One student had only had one TY class before, from Johanna in Allershausen, and wanted a deeper experience of this intuitive and graceful flow.
The weekend included multi-level practice, with postures and sequences from Basics to Level 3/4. Each day included Prada Vidya and meditation.
Roselyne, as always, was a generous host and organizer– many students mentioned the special feeling of this center and the beautiful garden.
During breaks and after class, much of the talk was excitement about the upcoming retreat with Yogini Kaliji at Bad Meinberg this summer.
