John & Stef returned to Moscow for workshops May 24 – 30. The weekend programs were organized by Uliana and Max: Uliana first met Kaliji years ago and has traveled to Santa Cruz several times to continue her studies. She met “the D’s” at the Crimea Celebration last October , and organized Moscow programs with Eva-Maria in March. Max provided translation for the weekend programs, which included students and teachers from various trainings around the city, as well as some newcomers.
Teachers and students from Moscow and other cities joined for the multi-level flow: Here, TYC Director Shanti (from Nevinnomyssk) demonstrates toe-balance in her TriYoga T-shirt.
All enjoyed the nada flow after breaks, and learned new chants.
Organizer Uliana with John and Stef
During the week, John & Stef taught two 3-hour classes each day at TriYoga Center Moscow to share the systematic flow with students of all levels. Programs at TYC were translated by TY Teacher Irina Izekova, who was inspired to find new ways to share Triyoga.
And there was a family reunion ~ here, John, Vishnu (Sasha from Ukraine, who now lives in Moscow), Stef, TYC Moscow director (and host for the weekdays) Shaktidas, and Julia (who had taken a break from her translating and TY teaching after the birth of her son) enjoy a joyful hug and many smiles.
