After translating for Santoshi in Shanxi, TriYoga teacher Sisi was invited by the 5-star International Shangri-la hotel in Hangzhou to share Triyoga for 2 days- the first day was with the staff and the second day with their media guests.
Sisi writes: “They said their jobs were demanding, and they were always under high pressure.
They thought yoga would be difficult and hard, and were surprised how nice and comfortable they felt during the Triyoga class. They were very impressed!” Sisi also told them about the TriYoga center in Hangzhou, and encouraged them to do TriYoga regularly.
She then gave an open class, organized by the TYC Hangzhou director YiRan.
Sisi writes: “I was very touched by the students who came to the class as this was the coldest night in Hangzhou : the weather reporter said the cold rain would become to the heavy snow later at night. However, there were 12 attendances in the end– and only one of them had done Triyoga before! That was a whole new experience for them and they asked for more information about Triyoga! I’m very happy about that!”
