TriYoga teacher Sisi (center) was invited to teach a 2-day program for the staff at the 5-star hotel “W” in Guangzhou.
She introduced TriYoga with a video of Kaliji, then began with flows. The first day, most of the staff were from the back office and complained of neck and back pains– almost 90% were new to yoga!
After a gentle flow, Sisi gave them a “gift”– she taught Bridge Rolls so that they could practice one thing daily to relieve their pain.
The second day most were from the front office, and a few returned from the first day. The second day’s “gift” was Leg Stretch and shared the many benefits from this simple daily practice.
