John and Stephanie, teachers at the TriYoga Center in Santa Cruz, shared TriYoga with an enthusiastic group of students, teachers and interns from Iowa and Minnesota. Everyone from high school students to senior citizens participated in Basics, Level 1, Partner Stretch and Level 2 classes. After an informal potluck at Satyam and Narayani’s “new” house (built in 1880), all went back to Serenity for chanting.
