After weekend program in Bad Tölz, John and Stef enjoyed a driving tour to their next weekend program in Berlin, with teaching stops in Salzburg and Vienna.
Organized by TriYoga Community Berlin, the Friday and Saturday (September 6–7) workshops were a spectacular success! There were nearly 50 registrations total, with between 23-29 attendees in each of the three, 3-hour classes. This was the first even organized by TY Community Berlin, and everyone is excited for more events in the future. The opening program on Friday evening ended with teachers and students spontaneously applauding in celebration of the wonderful TY family in Berlin and the joy of flowing together.
With 53 teachers in Berlin and a thriving TriYoga Center, the quality of the flow is very high!
Stef led chanting before every class, accompanied by very enthusiastic attendees.
Mitra Deva offered friendly translation, and demonstrated relaxation-in-action.
The TrIyoga Community Berlin is planning their next program! Their friendship and easy spirit of cooperation was clearly evident in every aspect of this perfectly organized and hosted event.
To reach Berlin, John and Stef drove across Austria and spent the week at TYC Vienna. During their trip, they stopped in Salzburg to teach a 3-hour afternoon workshop at GoYoga.
GoYoga is run by TriYoga teacher Uma (on John’s right) and Basics intern Sabina (on John’s left).
Uma and Sabina have created a lovely, balanced studio that is built directly into a mountainside, offering a unique connection to nature.
Arriving in Vienna on Monday evening, John and Stef spent two full days at TYC Vienna, teaching Partner Stretch and two Level 3–4 classes.
It was a fun treat for John and Stef to have a partner stretch teacher training with their good friends (and wonderful TY teachers) Peter and Tanja.
The Level 3–4 classes were taught during regular TYC class times—no problem for the well-trained students!
Between Vienna and Berlin, John and Stef stopped overnight in the beautiful city of Prague.
A delicious vegan dinner in the city center and a sunset walk made for a great visit to Prague!
