Profile

I have been a yoga practitioner for over 20 years. In 2003, I became a certified TriYoga Teacher in Santa Cruz, California. I taught classes in Sarasota and Venice, Florida (U.S.A.). Upon my return to Mendoza in 2005, I have given several workshops on the Triyoga method and have taught classes in various institutes. I currently teach Triyoga in my private home studio in Mendoza City and private yoga classes (on demand) in prestigious lodges and spas in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. Additionally, in 2007, I obtained a certification as a massage therapist from Daylo-Plas Institute in Mendoza. Aside from my yoga practice, I have pursued a career in Tourism and have been a wine tour hostess for over 10 years.
Class schedule:
Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30 to 8 pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30 to 8 pm - 8:15 to 9:45 pm
