After assisting with Yogini Kaliji’s Moscow programs in April, Santoshi and John remained in Moscow for a 5-day Basics teacher training and weekend workshops. The training attracted a diverse group of new TriYoga students, long-time students, and experienced teachers who traveled to Moscow from as far as Vladivostok, 4000 miles to the the east. Congratulations to the 23 new TriYoga teachers who certified in at least one Basics series!
With Yogini Kaliji’s visit and the successful teacher training, there is a lot of TriYoga excitement in Moscow!
All programs were held at the fantastic Prana Yoga center in Moscow, where students enjoyed the largest sadhana room and vegan food at the studio’s cozy cafe.
John and Santoshi were hosted by the team of Uliana and Max, who perfectly organized Yogini Kaliji’s programs, the teacher training, and the weekend workshops. Uliana and Max have a great vision for TriYoga in Moscow, and they have already arranged dates in October for Santoshi and John to return and continue with the teacher trainings! Uliana is an experienced yoga teacher who offers TriYoga classes at the Prana Yoga center. After having attended an Earth 108 training in Crimea and a Level 2 training in Kiev, Uliana brought upper-level experience and knowledge to her Basics certification. This was Max’s first teacher training, and he not only translated the entire program but also certified to teach the first Basics series!
The weekend workshops featured all-levels workshops and a well attended Partner Stretch session.
