Project Description
TriYoga Center Holzkirchen is located in Holzkirchen, a small city in “Upper-Bavaria”, the beautiful hilly landscape covering the area between the south of Munich and the foothills of the Alps. The center offers regular classes, TriYoga workshops, retreats and TriYoga Teacher Trainings, online and in-person.
Currently Basics, Level 1 and Level 2 classes are offered at the TYC. The beautiful and meditative studio is located in the heart of Holzkirchen, and equipped with all necessary TriYoga props. Small groups offer a safe and intimate way to experience TriYoga – come, give it a try and join us. TriYoga Workshops are offered on a regular basis.
As a mountain hiking guide Brigitte also likes to bring the TriYoga to the mountains – in the Alps or Ireland.
