TriYoga Center Ballarat is Australia’s first TriYoga Centre. Day and evening classes are offered for beginners through to Level 3, Mondays to Fridays. There are also weekend workshops and teacher training programs. Delight in the meditative Flow with TriYoga’s unique system uniting breath and mudra with dynamic and sustained asana.
