Project Description
TriYoga of Cedar Rapids, a non-profit organization, offering TriYoga classes and teacher trainings online.
Classes are held daily online at a variety of convenient times to accommodate busy schedules. Well trained, certified instructors are qualified and capable of helping both the beginning and the continuing student in their practice. Classes are sized to keep them personal, ensuring that each student will receive adequate instruction and individual attention from the instructor.
