Each day there will be two yoga practices that include TriYoga Flows for all levels, pranayama, mudra, yoga nidra, and meditation. We will progress through the week exploring each of the elements, progressively expanding awareness on creating steady, comfortable alignment and focused transitions, slow even breath, a quite mind, and the subtle energy flow.
The TriYoga method is therapeutic and transformative. Afternoon sessions will include restorative and healing practices and longer meditations.
Classes are taught by Brahmi (Beth Gold-Bernstein), Director TriYoga Boston, E-RYT 500, Senior TriYoga Teacher and Teacher Trainer. Brahmi has been practicing yoga for 41 years, and teaching TriYoga for 23 years.
