After departing Barnaul, Rishi continued to Moscow for a week program of all-levels workshops and Level 1 teacher training. The TriYoga programs in Moscow were the largest and most successful yet for Rishi or Santoshi, and there was lots of excitement and enthusiasm throughout. For the past few years, TriYoga teacher Uliana has organized TriYoga programs in Moscow with the cooperation of Prana Yoga Studio. The programs are really becoming popular!
In addition to TriYoga teachers and students, there were many new students throughout the week. Some had never heard of TriYoga and learned about the program through the Prana Yoga studio advertising. The week generated a lot of interest in TriYoga and many asked when the next program would be.
Thanks to teacher, organizer, coordinator, and translator Uliana for being a wonderful host and for her efforts to spread TriYoga in Moscow. Uliana’s sister is a professional check and baked these vegan cakes for the training party!
Shaktidas (center) has been teaching TriYoga in Moscow since 1991 and many of her students are now teaching as well. Irina (behind Shaktidas) and Julia are long time students and both teachers. Irina also provided translation during a few of the classes. Julia teaches TriYoga regularly at different locations in Moscow.
There was a lot of fresh snow during Rishi’s visit. Under a blanket of snow, Moscow is beautiful and dreamlike!
