Since the last update from Siberia, John and Stephanie have taught two, week-long teacher trainings (the first Level 1 and Level 2 teacher trainings ever in Russia), weekend seminars in two cities, and numerous classes and workshops including partner stretch, prana vidya, subtle anatomy, TriYoga pre-natal. The Siberian trip completed on May 5, and John and Stef are now in Israel for nearly three weeks of teacher training and TriYoga programs.
