Eva-Maria returned to Shenzhen, China, to give teacher trainings for the third year in a row. Organized by TY teacher Jojo, the trainings are held at her studio, Jingli Yoga, which is at King Glory Plaza, one of the beautiful Malls in Shenzhen.

Following teaching trips to Australia and Taiwan, John and Stef returned to Shenzhen, China and began a new series of teacher trainings on November 1. The 150 hour Basics training completed on December 9 with the certification of 26 new teachers! Most students from Basics are also attending the current Level 1 training, and many will continue with Level 2 in February.

This year’s Basics training was particularly special because everyone who attended had met Kaliji, many for the first time during Kaliji’s visit to Shenzhen in September. There was great excitement and enthusiasm throughout the Basics training, and a wonderful energy from having the new TriYoga Center filled to capacity. Also, nearly all of this year’s interns are already TriYoga students, having studied with Chinese TriYoga teachers in Shenzhen. The China TriYoga community is growing steadily, and there is a wonderful sense of fellowship among the teachers. »

My Dear Mentor,

So glad to receive this qualification from you, my dear well-beloved Mentor.

Three years ago, just your lessons brought me into Yoga Life, it feels peaceful, flow, also it changed my life, my mind completely .

According TriYoga, I’m learning deliberate intent of “now”, observing my body, my mind, my conscious activity …. It’s funny to find the truth inside my mind, I think.

So, you see, you changed me really. You point out the way how to live, how to love and how to find out the truth. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

This morning I was walking in the woods enjoying the snow while remembering when
I met you the very first time at closure of my TT Basics in Zurich (August 2006)…
suddenly you where in front of me, looked at me and said: Jaya Guru Devi… at that time I didn’t even know that I was stepping into a new world… today I feel it in all my
cells and I’m moved to tears… that’s so GRAND!

November 1 was World Vegan Day, and TriYogis in Vienna celebrated with a live-food class and meal. Led by TY teacher Mitradeva from Berlin, students prepared (and ate!) soup, salad, veggie rolls, and dessert.

Level 3 TY teacher Corina Aviles de Como, director of the TriYoga Center in Hanau Germany, offered a retreat in Akumal, Mexico from October 14-16. This was the first time that TY has been taught in Mexico.
